Target supervisor for Joe

The season ends in October. The work begins as soon as the right person is found.

As the target supervisor, you have overall day-to-day responsibility for the unit’s operations in Savonlinna. The duties of a supervisor also include taking care of the well-being of your employees and their success at work. Tthe key tasks of the target supervisor include performing work that take at least 75% of the working time. The work is all about leading with your own example.

The work t includes driving a van and collecting Joe electric scooters. Experience in using tools and repairing cars is considered an advantage, but it is not essential. Working days are on weekdays and weekends, shifts are made in three shifts around the clock.

The job does not require previous experience in supervisory positions, we will train you for the task. We expect the applicant to have the ability to manage the entities and commit to performing the tasks in a mutually agreed manner. A good attitude, flexibility and desire to develop is often enough. We expect you to be able to work independently, with a brisk attitude, proficiency in Finnish and English, a B-class driving license and vehicle handling skills. Work is physical at times, so we hope you don’t see it as a bad thing.
